The Baja Citizen, September 21, 2009
H2O Profesionales Internacionales, S.A. de C.V., a La Paz based Water Treatment Consultant company, has won a prestigious Business Travel Award sponsored by British Airways.
Thousands of companies in the USA and other North American countries were invited to enter a contest detailing how inter-continental face-to-face meetings would benefit them. The entry by H2O Profesionales Internacionales detailed their expertise in state-of-the-art desalination plant technology and cost-effective, non-chemical, site-specific, pre-treatment which dramatically improves the quality of the reject brine going back into the Ocean and resolves many of the environmental concerns.
The entry obviously captured the judges eyes, as they were one of only 12 winning companies. British Airways is assisting in the setting up of appointments in the UK and Spain with companies and potential clients. British Airways is sponsoring the complimentary flights and hotel accommodation for two of the company directors.
H2O Profesionales Internacionales, was formed in 2008 by British water treatment consultant Chris Salter, his wife Alicia Mora Salter, a Mexican citizen, and other leading industry experts. The company produces cost-effective and environment-friendly water treatment systems specifically designed for the hard waters of BCS. These systems are well-suited for commercial and apartment buildings as well as for individual homes.
